We aim for 100% customer satisfaction since we know customers are "our master and king."

Credit Card Charges
We do not charge more than the amount we display on the internet. In some cases we charge the verbal agreement amount between customer and us. We do not over charge!!! No hidden charges!!! No surcharges!!! If there are any disputes, customers can simply report the cases to their credit card companies, and we will adjust. However, Sole Convenience Inc. has rarely ever had any disputes. Sole Convenience Inc. will send out the receipts to customers on the order date.

Shipping Damage
All damages made by shipping companies in delivering products to customers will be covered by Sole Convenience Inc. We will ship out new replacement units as soon as we verify the shipping companies are returning the old units to Sole Convenience Inc.

Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Due to manufacturer's policies, some merchandise may not be returnable for any reason. Merchandise that is "close-out" or "special order" is not returnable. Auction merchandise is not returnable. Shipping charges that are incurred by the customer for merchandise being returned to Sole Convenience Inc., for any reason, must be paid by the customer and not by Sole Convenience Inc. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or merchandise ordered but refused on delivery. All C.O.D. porcelin toilet orders that are refused will be charged the shipping charge, plus the restocking charges.

Returns Date
All toilet returns should be completed within 30 days from the original order date.
